Frequently asked questions

An average business: one to two weeks. We guide the entire process from start to finish.

No. You talk to it on WhatsApp in plain language. We handle everything else.

Each customer runs in an isolated environment with its own storage and memory: nothing is shared with another customer. Answers are produced by an AI provider, so the text of your request is sent there. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

Yes. Monthly subscription, no long-term commitment.

Everything Nur did inside your own systems was always yours: the documents in Drive, the records in your CRM, the emails it sent. They sit in your accounts and there is nothing to hand over. On request we also export the bot's workspace as a single archive: the knowledge file about your business built up over time, the documents it produced, and the configuration. We do not export keys or connections, because those are yours to begin with and live in your accounts. When we shut the instance down it is deleted along with them, and we will recommend rotating any key that was minted specifically for it — so even an old copy is worthless. One thing worth knowing up front: we deliberately do not back up conversation history, because copying your business's conversations onto our server is an intrusion on your privacy. That means it exists only in your Telegram or WhatsApp and inside the instance itself, so if you want that too, tell us before we shut it down rather than after.

Built-in digital specialists: SEO, marketing, content writing, data analysis. Can be added and tailored to your industry.

Yes, and it's one of the biggest differences from a chat. You set a goal: say "bring me 10 leads a month" or "keep my calendar full a week ahead". It sharpens the mission with you in conversation: the pace, what it may do on its own, the red lines. From the moment you approve, it works on it every day without being prompted, and sends you a weekly progress report. Several missions can run in parallel.

Of course. Nur is the product, your employee can have any name and personality that fits your business.

Nur runs on those models: that part isn't the product. The product is everything around them: a permanent connection to your CRM, inbox, calendar and Drive; a memory of your business that carries across every conversation instead of resetting; and permission to act, so it writes into your systems rather than handing you text to copy. Claude with no access to your business can describe what to do. Nur does it.

You decide what it may do on its own and what needs your approval first. Anything customer-facing: sending an email, replying to a lead, publishing: can be set to wait for your confirmation, and everything it does is logged so you can see exactly what happened and when. We start every customer cautious and loosen it only where you're comfortable.

You're on a fixed monthly price, and we don't bill for overage without agreeing it with you first. If your usage is consistently running beyond what the plan assumes, we'll come to you and talk about moving up a plan. What we won't do is put a number on an invoice you never agreed to.

The published list is what we've already connected, not the limit. If your system has an API, or even just email or a spreadsheet export, it can usually be connected. Tell us what you run and we'll tell you honestly whether it works before you commit to anything.

A few hours across the one to two weeks, not full days. You give access to the systems it needs, walk us through how your business actually works, and review the first outputs. We do the building and the configuration.

Your instance runs in its own isolated environment: its own configuration, its own memory, its own conversation history, not a shared one with other customers' data in it. Your data is never sold and never shared with advertisers, and you can ask us to delete all of it at any time. Your conversations do reach the AI provider that powers your instance in order to be answered.
