This page describes exactly what Nur collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It reflects what the site actually does, nothing here is aspirational.
What we collect
When you request a report we collect the name, business name and email address you type in, plus the website address and: if you choose to add them: an Instagram handle and sample post captions. We also record the time of your request, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, so we can prove when consent was given and prevent abuse of the free tool.
Why we collect it
To build the report you asked for and to send it to you. That is a transactional purpose: you requested it, so we may deliver it. Marketing email is separate and only ever goes to people who explicitly opted in.
Who your data reaches
Your website's public text is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude) so the content plan can be written. A summary of your request is delivered to our team over Telegram. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive usage data. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Marketing email
We send marketing email only if you ticked the consent box, which is never ticked for you in advance. We keep a record of when you consented and the exact wording you agreed to. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe and the sender's legal name and postal address. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect the report you already received.
How long we keep it
Report requests are retained while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months afterwards. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on the consent, plus the period we may need to evidence it. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to marketing: at any time, at no cost, and without giving a reason. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR rights apply. If you are in Israel, the Privacy Protection Law applies. Email us and we will act on it.
Cookies
The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. It is not used to identify or track you. Any analytics cookies come from the providers named above.
